this is NOT a blog about losing weight; it's about getting fit, and staying fit.™

we are two teenage girls who just simply want to get fit. we aren't looking to lose weight, but to get in shape. we are NOT experts, so before asking a question just keep in mind that we're just two teenager girls who rely on google to answer your questions. & yes, we are fitness buddies and we'd be glad to have more so we can all support one another.

“i'm finding it so hard to stop bingeing and to get motivated. i am getting more and more and more depressed and I'm the heaviest i've ever been. i'm running out of time. please help :/”

Just stop for a second and take a deep breath. Just think about it- what’s holding you back from motivation? I don’t know much about binging, but undressedskeleton has great tips here. This might not be too motivating because some people find certain things motivating while others do not, but I think you should listen to Nike and just do it. Do what you have to do, you’re the only one holding yourself back from doing what you want to do.
“i wanna have slimmer thigh, which exercise i should do?”

There’s no set exercise to slimmer thighs (idk if it’s just me, but I’m quite sure I just busted out a rhyme). Anyways, you can’t choose the places you want to lose fat from!
“Hey. Two weeks ago I was 52.5kg. Today - 54.5kg. Maybe I wasn't exercising, but hell, I didn't eat 14.000 of excess calories!!! Help me, why did I gain?!”

I can’t say exactly why you gained but our weight fluctuates constantly, water weight could be a cause, and maybe you didn’t weigh yourself exactly like you did before, like early in the morning after you wake up and use the bathroom. Also, you should focus more on your measurements, not the number on the scale.
