“When I do push-ups (doesn't matter what kind) my elbows constantly lock up. It seems to happen in my left elbow more than my right. Just wondering if this happens to anyone else, if its because my technique is wrong, because I don't do push-ups that often (because my elbows lock up and its impossible to do them!), or if I should get it checked out.”

Hm you might wanna get them checked out just as a precautionary but I used to have almost the same problems with my knees when I did squats or lunges (mostly squats because of all the pressure that gets put on them)… they would get sooo sore and basically lock up but after reading this I just realized how they don’t even do that anymore! They’re perfectly fine, actually! So maybe your elbows just need time to get used to the pressure being put on them that normally isn’t there

Well, one, you can’t target where you want and where you don’t want to lose weight. You most likely won’t lose weight on your stomach first, and you probably will lose a bit of boobs, it’s just something we can’t control.

I’m sorry I’ve been behind on the blog everyone.. I’m super busy with school and getting ready for SATs.. everything is just so hectic lately I swear if my head wasn’t attached to me I’d lose it!
