That’s because you have yet to lose the weight in your legs and the muscle you’re gaining is just making them look a bit thicker. I would show you the post that says that, but I can’t find it right now. Don’t worry, anon, you have to give your body time to get rid of some of the fat in your legs. Plus, there’s nothing wrong with having muscly legs 😳!
I don’t think you can download from the links I have, but you can check the links we have here.
Aw, thanks so much ^.^
You should really try modified push-ups (or girl push-ups since that’s what everyone usually calls them)! Also try doing like, push-ups off a wall, triceps dips, bicep curls with small weights then start getting heavier ones, arm circles (oh trust me, these work), and punches, things like quick jabs and just regular punches.
You’re*. I don’t have to LEARN about fitness to start a fitblr, we’ve had this blog for over a year and we never made it to help people learn about fitness, we made it for ourselves to BECOME fit. Obviously you didn’t look at the fact we said we aren’t personal trainers, nutritionists, or doctors. People ask us questions and we try to answer it, it doesn’t mean we’ll be able to help everything they ask. So, excuse you, Mr.Grumpy-gills.
edit: Oh yeah, anon, I’d just like to show you what it says in our about:
“We are NOT experts, so before asking a question just keep in mind that we’re just two girls who rely on google to answer your questions.”
